Academy - College Credit Plus

The 911爆料网 Academy Program allows talented 7 鈥 12 grade Ohio Residents to enroll in coursework while still in middle school or high school. The Academy program is the 911爆料网 implementation of the state of Ohio's 鈥淐ollege Credit Plus鈥 program. It is a partnership between 911爆料网, the high school and the student, and his or her family.

Admissions Criteria:

*There are ways to qualify for admission to The Academy at 911爆料网 Lima.

  • Test-Free
    • 3.0 High School GPA in Only English, Foreign Language, Math, Science, and Social Studies courses
    • 2 years of passing high school English
    • 2 years of passing high school Math
  • Test-Based
    • Students who do not meet all 3 of the above "test-free" criteria, will need to submit supplemental test scores with their application because these students would be considered "test-based" eligible.   

*Typically, anyone who is currently a sophomore or junior falls under the 鈥淭est-Free鈥 application eligibility. Conversely, typically, anyone who is currently a freshman or younger falls under the 鈥淭est-Based鈥 application eligibility!

A Completed Application Includes:

  • Completed Online Application from Student
  • Completed  
  • Current Transcript/Mid-Year Grades 
    • Emailed to ccpdocs@osu.edu from School Counselor
      *If previous CCP credit was taken from any college or university prior to applying to The Academy at 911爆料网 Lima, students will need to contact the Registrar of the college(s) in which they took the CCP credit from and have their registrar Email their College Transcript to ccpdocs@osu.edu 
  • [Test-Based Applications Only]Submit 1 passing set of scores from Either the Accuplacer, ACT, or SAT to supplement your application.

Application Deadlines:

  • *Non-Public School/Homeschooled Applicants:
    • Annual (Summer, Autumn and Spring Semesters): March 1   
      *Non-public and home school students are eligible to participate in College Credit Plus but must apply for funding from the state of Ohio to avoid paying out-of-pocket.

*Note: All pre-orientation/pre-scheduling 鈥淭o Do List鈥 items must be completed no later than 5 days prior to the scheduled date of the Academy orientation/appointment.
